This gift certificate template is called the Bundle of Joy certificate and is designed to be presented to expectant mothers. There is sample text in the certificate template, which describes itself as a Babysitting service certificate. Directly underneath that is the message “Congratulations on your expected bundle of joy.” There is a note stating that the recipient of this certificate will be provided with free baby accessories from the Total Baby Company. The remainder of the writing on the certificate has to, from, and date sections. The writing is contained within a heart shape, and the background colors are pink and blue stripes in case the receiver does not know if they are expecting a girl or a boy.  Under the heart is a teddy bear wearing a diaper and holding a baby bottle. The exact wording of the certificate can be changed if required, or people can hand write names and dates on to the certificate.
